My story

I'm Claire, the founder and floral designer behind Dandelions & Grace, a studio-based wedding and event florist working across the Côte d’Azur and Provence.

I grew up in North Yorkshire, surrounded by wild landscapes and an old walled garden filled with seasonal colour and texture. This early connection to nature continues to shape my work today — florals that feel natural, considered, and quietly elegant rather than overworked.

In 2002 life led me to the South of France where I have lived ever since.

After completing a degree in International Business studies I initially  pursued a career in marketing, before returning to my long-standing creative roots.

I completed professional floristry training at the Cambridge Flower School and Tallulah Rose Flower School in Bath, developing a strong foundation in floral design, mechanics, and event work.

Following experience with local wedding and event florists, I established Dandelions & Grace to offer bespoke floral design for weddings, private events, and luxury yachts along the Côte d’Azur.

My style is natural, organic, and refined, with a focus on seasonal flowers sourced from local growers and markets whenever possible. I favour thoughtful colour palettes, movement, and texture, often incorporating subtle foraged elements to keep arrangements feeling relaxed and timeless.

I work from my garden studio in Grasse, creating tailored floral designs for clients who value quality, detail, and a collaborative approach. Every project is carefully considered to suit the setting, the season, and the people it is created for.

If you are planning a wedding, event, or require floral styling for a yacht on the Côte d’Azur, please feel free to contact me to discuss any of your floristry needs.

I look forward to hearing from you!
